The Awareness Project in Al Ofoq, organized a workshop in Jericho

15 December 2016, the awareness program staff organized a visit to Jericho and implemented a workshop on communication skills which was participated by 15 young from different areas of Jericho. The work shop was organized in collaboration with Hayat Association for development work. The workshop discussed many themes and focused on body language, which constitute approximately 55% of the communication process, followed by 38% for voice tone. It emphasized on the need for optimum use of body language while sending or receiving messages, with a voice tone fit with that language to facilitate communication process.

Al Ofoq team pointed a number of moral values and principles that the Palestinian youth must show them during the connection process. These values and principles would consolidate the brotherly relations and also they remove the bickering that would deepen the division.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to hold meetings of youth awareness over the next week and the week that followed. These meetings will hold topics of common interest that will contribute to create an open-minded and positive youth generation.
